Applicability
By placing an order on theclory.com or initiating a return or exchange through our Customer Portal, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. CLORY reserves the right to update this policy to better serve our customers. Please review it prior to initiating any exchange or return.

Quick Process Overview
1. Initiate Request: Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal or contact us via email.
2. Pickup & Inspection:
- Pickup scheduled within 24–48 hours.
- Two pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, customers may ship the product to our warehouse.
3. Quality Check: All items go through a 2-step QC process.
4. Resolution: Once approved:
- Exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Returns are refunded as a store credit (valid for 6 months), sent to your registered email.
Exchange & Return Eligibility
Products will be accepted only if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and in pristine condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- No fragrance, stains, or visible signs of wear.
- The product was purchased directly from thclory.com under a valid order.
- If purchased as a coordinated set, the entire set must be returned.
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.

Can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Product Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you notice:
- Color fading
- Print cracking
- Stitching or finishing defects
Report it within 15 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return and offer a replacement or store credit after inspection.
Requests made after 15 days will not be eligible for replacement or credit.
Store Credits / Gift Cards
- Issued for valid return cases and unfulfilled exchanges.
- Valid for 6 months.
- Can be used online.
- Non-refundable and non-transferable.
