Order Processing
All orders placed on https://theclory.com/ are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
During sales or festive periods, processing time may be slightly longer due to high demand. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted delivery partners. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote areas: Up to 10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: We offer free standard shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal convenience fee may be charged, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking details and a link to monitor the shipment’s progress. If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated processing time, please contact us.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details. Clory will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Delivery Delays or Issues
If you notice that your order is delayed, lost, or arrives in a damaged condition:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- In case of visible damage on the package at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the package and informing us immediately.
